Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales events, or due to high order volumes. We will communicate any delays via email.

Shipping Options

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Method Estimated Delivery
Economy (5-8 days) 5-8 business days from shipment
Standard (3-6 days) 3-6 business days from shipment
Express (1-4 days) 1-4 business days from shipment

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.


Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at help@shop.uartpastelpaper.com - we can only make changes before the order ships.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website or via our store.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your confirmation email.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at help@shop.uartpastelpaper.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)
Important: UART Pastel Paper is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control. For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors and contacting your local post office before reaching out to us.
